Caterpie has no right to be a toddler!
And I see no need in adding new toddlers at the present.

Also, no, I don't think Caterpie, Weedle and Wurmple should be toddlers.

Um no it's not those sort of Pokemon that we include.
f l a s h said that the toddlers are Pokemon who evolve through stones and happiness and likes of that.
And Pokemon that were included in later generations wheras their evos were introduced earlier.
But some of them are just strange choices.

Yeah but the Cats Cradle hasn't even got 1000 posts xD

So? doesn't matter about posts, but is it near the top, and do people post every day? Yes.

But Caterpie is both theoretically and scientifically a toddler (as it is larva of a butterfly!)

The slowest thing, a start of wonders with seedling on it's head and armor, hard like wood.

I did in a way, it is a riddle in a riddle: Slowest thing = Tortoise, armour like wood = shell, seedling on it's head = Turtwig.
