    Intro:

    Hello pokemon community!
    I'm as some of you know PoKéMaKeR, this time I'm starting a new game..
    Don't worry Eternity isn't over yet, but for now I'm kinda stuck on eventing
    My new game will be made in RMXP, and is called Pokemon Thermite

    Story (so far):

    Your a trainer, asusual :P, and you'll start a Pokemon adventure..!
    You start in your home town, Finestone Town.
    At the start you've just finished a lesson from the professor, who is called Prof. L. Branch.
    When you leave is lab, you'll return home.
    Your mum will be waiting there for you, and will ask you which starter you're going to choose, when you get back to the lab in the morning (because you'll start your adventure the day after)
    And when you go upstairs your Mum will come up screaming something about Prof. Branch being attacked..
    And she asks you to go and take a look..
    When you leave your house you see one (or more not sure about that yet) people running away from the prof's lab..
    That's it for now else I'll spoil to much of the beginning event!

    Well thanks :), the program I'm using (as said before if you read the whole first post)
    is RMXP (RPG Maker XP, just in case you didn't understand RMXP;))

    except... the prof sprite is a bit like prof oak and the trainer sprite is just a recolour of brendan unless you like it that way

    Yeah I know, the trainer sprite needs to change..
    and I was quite statisfied with the prof sprite, but yeah it could use some improvements too
    But for that, I need some more experience in spriting.. :)

    Ok! got it. I was wondering what those initials stood for.

    But that sounds like a lot of work! does that mean you had to re-create the entire battle system and how the game calculates when a wild pokemon appears and stuff?

    No, because I'm also use Pokemon essentials (THANKS POCCIL!!!!)
    and there al those things are scripted in already!

    this isn't your game, you know this is my games thread those are 2 different things :P
    and yes I know we do need some concept art on that other game (what's it called anyway:P)

    So a little contest to keep people intrested :P
    1th to have the most a like answer wins this price A sneak peak of route 01!

    Some more information needed for the question:
    I have (I think at least) a quite unique "pokemon obtaining event"
    Question: What is the event?
    And remember the one with the most a like answer wins the price..!
    This contest will end september 7th!

    Try answer my question with your imagenation, if you or someone else comes close to it, i'll post more on the plot: that'll be the beginning event, you'll hear then ;)
    And about the fakemon, i'll yet have to deside and I need someone to do it for me, because i'm not capable enough to make them myself ;)

    THE UPDATE!:

    Picture 1: A back door in the lab? What will that lead to?!
    Picture 2: Mum's asking what your starter will be?!

    An elemental in Kameo..!?
    Thermite is a pyrotechnic composition of aluminium powder and a metal oxide which produces an aluminothermic reaction known as a thermite reaction. It is not explosive, but can create short bursts of extremely high temperatures focused on a very small target for a short period of time. (thank you wikipedia XD)

    So don't start saying my name has copywrights or something;)

    People, answer the Question because else, the price (a sneak peak at Route 01) will be lost and, the only way to see it then will be in a demo/ beta installement (just as a reminder:P)

    PS: next update will be at 20 posts, it's not that hard to reach 20 posts is it?:P

    I've came up with a new feature, not that great though, but it's something different ;)
    If this thread reaches 20 posts, the update will come, and this new feature will be in!
    So I hope you're all interested enough to get to those 20 posts..

    And about that little contest, you have till 12'o clock midnight (my time, as of the moment it is 14:57)
    And if nobody answers the price will be gone for ever :P

    Small update, to keep this thread alive !

    The PokeCenter, with my custom new interior color :)
    The bookcase behind Nurse joy has something to do with the new feature I was talking about earlier (but still 20 posts hasn't been reached so no further info :P)

    Also in the Mart picture a new feature can be seen (more on this and the other feature after 20 posts)

    Yeah thanks, but tbh these kind of comments are not very usefull, exept they boost my ego :P
    Constructive critism would be much more helpfull than just "cool game!" and things..
    So people please be a bit more a "constructive critic":P

    If this is truely your game and not any fake screenshots. (I am not saying that) This game looks very good. It looks a little laggy but it seem ok for a online game. It also looks just like the Nintendo company game's which I am very strict about Copyrights. I think you should switch up some things to make it seem like it is fully thought out by you because if Nintendo actually views this they will take action. I wonder how this game will be played because you are making it like a fake ROM addition which is easy to make. I will be looking more into this game and to see how well you can use your ideas to create a awesome game. Please look into this because I will hate for all your hard work to get sued by a big company. Good luck.
