Pokemon Timeline?

I've seen a few theories of what the timeline for the Pokemon games could actually be, but where would X/Y take place? Coloris was mentioned to have been there (I can't recall whether or not he had been arrested), Green (Blue to some) is apparently studying abroad in Kalos and Team Plasma was TV "a while back" (we don't know which "Team Plasma").

I've heard people say it takes place between B/W and B/W2, and I've heard people say it takes place afterwords.

Apparently, Mega Evolution has been known for a while now, considering Sycamore tried (and failed) to obtain it when he was still training, so I don't think Fairy Type can be really used as a factor (it didn't really matter for Gens 2 and 4 anyway).

In my opinion, x and y would be set after the events of Black/White 2. The background is just so happy. Along with that, maybe fairy types can only appear in that set place aye? Just a thought ^_^
