Um where can i get more title sets? i really need the snow/winter,desert,etc theme. plus the ones that has a pokemon center/routes,tree,houses for the winter theme because google isnt telling me

These are called "tilesets", not "titlesets". And Google throws at you a sh*t ton of results if you type "pokémon tilesets" or "Pokémon Essentials tilesets".
I suggest you don't mention "snow" or "winter" in your Google search because those who make tilesets generally are not that specific about their tags. Just browse a number of tilesets and sometimes you'll find what you want.
NOTE: you need to keep track of where your tilesets come from, creators are very sensitive about people using their work.
