the rounds will be decieded after we find out how many people enter.

You must deiced together on a prize for the winner of your own matches but for the championship...we will give out items, pokemon, and tms. you are garenteed to win somehting...just you might lose it to the wrath of some other pokemon chapion...every one how enters will get a entry prize at the end of the tournoment... 1 masterball!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea...something tells me this is just spam, he rather attach a gay MW file than just copy and pasting the rules onto the post... lol. And it also doesn't seem that this guy thinks about arrangements with timezones.
