Hey, are your spitbacks still only the Adamant Shroomish and Modest Lotad?

If so, I will take one of each and if you have any others, I am also interested in them.
 
yeah all are adamant poison heals and modest swift swims.

Also i need power items for spec def and def please urgently.

also, could I get info on gengar, like IV's and HP? (and can the nickname be changed?)
 
Yes it can be changed. Its HP is ice not sure on the IVs really they are 20+all i think
what stuff can i have anything from the NFT or the NFT

(BTW, what good is HP water on a timid zapdos? It's what I got for its HP)

That failed for me lolits IVs were shown except att which was 5-6 so i couldnt tell lol.

can i have info on that zapdos coz ive been looking for one lol.

oh and do you have a modsest 10 ANIV latias?
