    1. Are Cloned Pokemon Bad? Are They Easy To Trade?

    To answer your questions.
    1: No, cloned pokémon are not bad. They are not considerd as hacks. Cloning is the cause of a glitch in the GTS Trading system. (Or Action Replay.) Clones are just a copy of the original, you can't see the difference, and none is better then the other.

    2: EV training is a special type of training were, in combination with the nature, a stat or stats is/are raised to the max. I don't know alot of EV training.

    3: Some pokémon can only learn typical moves by breeding it with a pokémon that knows the move.
    In example: Lucario/Riolu Can't learn Blaze kick. So you breed a FEMALE Riolu/Lucario with, as example, a MALE Blaziken who knows Blaze Kick. You will get an egg, and form the egg hatches a riolu with Blaze kick. (The MALE/FEMALE parts are important!)
