    hey i'm just startin a new pokemon game we r going to use rpg maker xp. the main plot is simple.

    One day you wander into a dark cave with your friend because of the myths about a Legendary pokemon and u r attacked by a wild pokemon. luckily the local explorer of your home town (windy waters bay) (his name is Explorer Freeman) finds you and easily defeats the pokemon. you then follow him back to his house where he tells you that you shouldn't wander alone where there are wild pokemon. he tells you that you should look at the rare pokemon eggs on the desk they contain Beldum Dratini and Larvitar, if you choose an egg it will come up with a description witch will in someway resemble the pokemon . you choose an egg and it hatches immediately the explorer says that the newlyborn pokemon seems to like you and you should have it, you will go to your mum's house and tell her what happened and she says you should rest. you wake up and she gives you running shoes you journey through the region discovering new things all of the time. you discover something you love which is battling so you decide to take on the nearest Gym in Highlight City. highlight city is also where you discover about a legendary creature that protected all of the region from harm but now rests in the Seven Oaks Shrine in the northern part of the region. this legend is what drives you to become stronger and find out what really happened...

    oh yeah i nearly forgot the bad guys name is Team Evo they aren't very smart but they are evil. their plot is to capture Jirachi with their newly produced Legend Ball (master ball only for legendaries also you do not have to engage in battle for the legend ball to work it hones in on the specific dna of legendary pokemon but you must be near the designated pokemon for it to work). Because they can not make a master ball and use another new item the Evolution orb (automatically evolves any pokemon) to attempt to evolve them(it only works on pokemon that can evolve (non legends but team evo don't know that)they did make 2 of these though (like i said not very smart))and make it so powerful that it's wish making will become infinite so they can take over the region with ease. Jirachi becomes very angry by this and starts making dangerous Natural hazzards happen.
    But you stop them in their tracks and defeat their leader and take the Legend Ball and the Evolution Orbs at the seven oaks shrine then you will battle Jirachi to calm it down​

    That's pretty much it please comment i will take all criticism negative and positive ty.

    Ok first thing, you could try to expand the bad guys info, like maybe a name, or, how they plan to get to their goal. As the second, usually starters in their first form don't have any secondary type, but are rather pure typed, and gain their secondary upon evolution.
    The Legend Ball sounds fairly interesting, but may cause confusion since the Master Ball catches ANY Pokemon without fail, even legendary, so I think it's useless.
    Next point, from the evolution orb it sound that you will make Legendary evolve, so far in the Pokemon history none legendary Pokemon has evolution stages, since the lack of the ability to evolve is one of their characteristics that makes them Legendary.
    I wish you luck, that were the things that bug me.
     
    ok thanks i'm still thinking of names and stuff.
    the starters arent multi typed first evo that is the last evo types... well that's what i meant anyway. thanks though
     
    the fire starter is going to be called Kwilaze it is a Kiwi when it evolves it's wings will grow and it will become a flying type.

    the grass starter is much harder but it will be a semi-transparent leaf kind of thing.

    The water starter will start as a kind of tadpole thing but will evolve into more of a eel and then an electric eel
     
    So is this entire game going to be composed of fakemon? Is this a custom region? I like some of the ideas you've got here. If you need any help, PM me.
     
    um it will contain most pokemon and 50 new fakemon it is a custom made region i will put up a pic once i have edited it properly.
     
    I do like the legendary ball and evo orb concept.
    Your storyline is stupid and unoriginal at all though.
    Not even a name filler? Cant even think of a color? Black, there you go.
    Have you actually began progress on this

    i hav only just started this in the last month the name is going to be Pokemon Jade and the storyline... well that isn't the storyline. it is the base of a storyline please use ur head before you criticise.

    Also i am the only person making a game from Aotearoa (New Zealand if you didn't already know) so a lot of the ideas are going to be completely original.
     
    Then you should add more if you don't want to be criticized. People can only judge based on information they have gathered. If that information is not available, then maybe you should add the info. You have done little based on the info you've given and seem to be thinking things up on the spot rather than thinking them through even in your posts.

    Your story "base" is unoriginal and will need to be expanded upon to seem less so
    You have your name now and you don't even change the thread title.
    And you didn't even noticed he did give you some praise about your legend ball and evo orb idea.

    People aren't impressed by someone saying that there ideas will be original, but they are impressed by seeing those ideas.

    Edit your first post, and change the title above the main text box.

    Sounds like you have some interesting ideas, though. The auto-evolution item in particular seems like it would be fun (but unfortunately you probably won't be able to use it yourself); like an evolution stone but for anything (that evolves). And I like to see new Poké Balls too (even though deciding what counts as legendary and what doesn't is rather arbitrary). You can always reconfigure the Master Ball to work on non-legendaries only, which implies they're on a whole other level to regular Mons (which they are) - this'll give the Legend Ball some more meaning.
     
    ok thanks ive done that now and just for the record my location will play some part because of legends and stories that arent heard anywere else

    i will post some screen shots the second i get my rpgmaker up and running again..
    Lets just say there were some technical dificulties

    If i can not get rpg maker to work or have someone else who can do all the stuff u need to do with rpg maker by the time im 15 i will QUIT!!

    i just realised that another game that has much more progress than this has an electric eel starter pokemon, so my water/electric type will be a jellyfish.;)
     
    ok good news for me i wil be getting rpg maker going again by September my mate is helping me so if he stuffs up i kan personally kick his butt. so expect Screenies by the 10th of September.
    But don't expect anything for a while after i wil be on holiday for about 3-4 weeks. i may have time in between to do some work but other than that you wont see much so don't ask for it.

    i may be dropping all fakemons because progress on that is far too slow but my idea for starters are as follows:
    Dratini
    Larvitar
    Beldum

    Instead the explorer will tell you to look at his eggs.
    it will come up with descriptions of the egg that will slightly resemble the pokemon it will hatch when you get it and the explorer will tell you that it likes you, tada you have a pokemon.
