Main Plot (BW):
Begin anew in this remake of the Unova region for Pokemon Essentials!
Trouble brews when you depart from your hometown of Nuvema, when you encounter the suspicious Team Plasma in Accumula, a group that claims to fight for the ethics and rights of Pokemon everywhere. They advocate for the liberation of Pokemon, which demands that trainers release their Pokemon back to the wild whence they came, to build a world that's exclusively half human and half Pokemon. Shortly after their departure, you meet the mysterious and aloof trainer N, who immediately challenges you to a battle, saying he wants to hear what your Pokemon have to say. From this battle, everything will change as Team Plasma campaigns their cause across Unova and the people resist. Explore cities, fight Gym Leaders, and make your way to the Pokemon League, where your destiny as the great Hero of Unova awaits.
Postgame Plot (BW2):
Six months after the fall of the tempestuous Team Plasma, the arrest of their command, and the disappearance of N, Unova is once again in turmoil as a new, black-clad faction of Team Plasma emerges from the shadows! Dropping their facade of Pokemon liberation, they now launch a brutal assault across Unova, beginning a revolution that will shake the region to its core! Armed with powerful Pokemon, new leadership, and the mighty Plasma Battleship, they seek to forcibly take control of Unova, and, if left unchecked, the entire world. Travel across Unova once more, visit newly accessible areas, and capture new Pokemon in an adapted and perfectly condensed version of BW2 within the same game! You will keep all your progress from the main plot, and it all culminates here!
Features:
- Choose from 8 different protagonist appearances, including DP, HGSS, BW, and BW2!
- Now you can name all your rivals!
- Modernized to fit the current era! Expect the Fairy-type as well as several nods to the Blueberry Academy!
- The Terastal Phenomenon will be the focus gimmick in Unova! Players can opt to use it or not, it will have no bearing on the story (though major NPCs will use it where appropriate).
- New "Parallel" Shiny Pokemon replace Super Shiny Pokemon from G8, some with referential colors/patterns to other media! (WIP)
- An optional alternate music pack, complete with proper loops! Will be a separate download, designed to be drag-and-drop. (WIP)
- All Current Pokemon (Latest: G9 - SV DLC)!
- Built-In Randomizer that can be chosen to be used at the start of the game!
- Begin with the Strategy Memo from Colosseum/XD, which can record data on any and all Pokemon as you find them!
- Overhauled trainers and wild encounters for a wide variety of Pokemon! You won't be going through the same Unova again!
- Battle Frontier, with special, all-new boss fights if you can maintain your win streak!
- Designed to be approachable by competitive and casual players alike by making vital training items easily accessible by everyone within the main plot!
