3rd Gen Pokemon Videogame Tournament

There is a Videogame tournament in Brooklyn, NY tomorrow. I'm sorry this is short notice to you guys, but I am gathering up people to enter.

Here are the rules:
Rules for Video Game Tournament On Decmber. 26,2004.


$6.00 Entry Fee
Half a box of Team Rocket Returns for 1st.(Prizes will go up or down depending on the people that show up.)
Swiss Elimination: Each player will play a fixed ammount of rounds Earning points every time a person wins.
5 points for winning and 0 points for losing.All pokemon must be LV.100 you can use lower level pokemon but
you will be at a disadvantage.

There will be 4-5 rounds depending on how many people participate.Each round is 20 min.There will be no switching of your pokemon after each round.If you are caught using gameshark or other cheating device on your game you will be disqualified and removed from the tournament.

Banned pokemon

Mew,
Celebi
Deoxys
Lugia .
You can use any other pokemon besides the ones listed.

Banned Items

Starf berry (Increases critical hit ratio.)
Lansat berry (Increases any stat.)
These berrys cant be used because they Haven't came out.

No Two of the same pokemon and all of the pokemon's held Items must be diffrent, two pokemon can not have the same item.
Example:A Latios with Soul Dew and a Latias with Soul Dew that's NOT ALLOWED. But a Latios with Soul Dew and a Latias with Leftovers is ALLOWED.

If there is a Wobbuffet Vs. Wobbuffet then it is considered a draw.
You must restart the match again and the time limit for the match is 10 min.

Draw: if a person has a draw the two people must restart the match and the time limit is 10 min.

There is no switching in-between rounds.

You can only use one legendary pokemon of any kind. No exceptions.

The Tournament is Double Battle, and you can use only 4 Pokemon. I hope you read this, and I hope you come. If you do, then I would see you. It starts at 4:00, but you may come earlier to play. Tell your friends.

You know, it may be a lot easier for people to attend by using NetBattle. Just a friendly suggestion. And perhaps a lot of advance warning would help too. Also, there's nothing stopping a strange creepy guy walking to your house, now that you've given the details away. Perhaps a little bit of thought should have gone into this. Just a suggestion or three..

Mew and Celebi and Lugia are most likely banned because they aren't "legally obtainable" yet. That is, you can't get them without cheating. Also, it said that you could only use one legendary...
