6th Gen Pokemon Village Statuette

    There is a small black statuette in the south of the Pokemon Village.
    It seems to be pulsing.

    Does anybody know it's purpose?

    I don't think it's a statuette, but just a black tire. If you click on it, you'll find a hidden Pretty Wing. Other than that, I don't think it has much significance.
