Pokemon Violet Project -Help Needed-

Welcome to the Pokemon Violet thread!

Our game has been in the running for about a year now. It has made very good progress, but recently the process has been slowed by many of the spriters being inactive. However we are very close to finishing phase 1, spriting, and ready to begin phase 2, programming.

While we get this thread ready, please visit our forum website. Join please, even if you don't want to help us out with spriting or programming. Your ideas and suggestions are a godsend by itself :P.

I could maybe help with the mapping. But I'm also working on my own project ATM so idk how much help I could contribute.

That's great work! I just have one question -- are you having to go in and re-do every single Pokémon, and if so, how long will that take?! I can't wait for your MMORPG to debut! I'm about to go throw something at someone if it doesn't come out soon, heh. If you don't mind me asking, what's MMORPG?

Umm this game isn't a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). This will be basically like the GBA series, (R/S/E/Fr/Lg). We don't have an exact date of release yet, however we still have a long way to go as we haven't finished spriting and haven't even begun to program.

As for Pokemon, I think right now we have a mix of old Pokemon and new Pokemon. We revamped some of the old Pokemon sprites, so expect the really old Pokemon to be in this game. I don't think we have any Pokemon from the D/P series, instead we are putting in custom sprites made by the spriters themselves.
