EV trained is like giving your pokemon a little boost in stats. Google "how to EV train" and you'll get some really good results.

Oh can i have info on you d-nite, and glaceon (they are UT are they)

EV train means that they have been EV trained EV is effort value. If you kill a pokemon you get certain Evs eg 2 att evs. for every 4 you get you get +1 on that stat max is 255 on each stat. and 510 in total. so most poepl edo 252 as max (highest number divided by 4). so say you have 252 EVs in att that gives you an extra 63 att stat
