4th Gen POkemon wont listen

    Ok so i traded with my friend at the begining of the game to get all three starter pokemon. I have gooten the first badge and the other two pokemon that i traded for arn't listening they are lvl 15 and 11. What do i do about that????
     
    You have to get more badges for the Pokémon to obey you. After you get the second badge, Pokémon up to level 30 will obey. After the fourth badge, up to level 50. Sixth badge = level 70. Eighth badge = all levels.
     
    ok thanks i wouldve looked in the little book thing but i dont have it here with me
