Ok... If anyone wants to purify the "unpurifying shadow LUGIA," I have a tut for you!
Ok... first off, you have to have it. Second, you have to have a lot of pokemon.
First, you make 9 perfect slots in the purification chamber. By perfect, it has to be four pokemon which are super-effective against each other in a clockwise manner. An example is:
bug -> Grass

| \/
fire water
Bug is super effective against grass, which is the same as grass with water, and water with fire, and fire with bug.
You have to do that 9 times; the TEMPO gauges have to be 100% in all 9 slots.
Then, have all be with no shadow pokemon, and put lugia in 1 of them. It will be automatically ready to be purified, and wa-la! Press A and you're done!
