@PikaHero2: PhotoShop. It's not neccesary to use PhotoShop, it's just easier to make it look nice.

@Chikase: Imagine how difficult it'd be to read if it weren't 2x size. I'd never fit the dialouge in the panels.

Yes, the commander they've been fighting is none other than Brock!

Sore about being constantly beaten and mocked by rookie trainers getting their first badge, he's taken up his actual Pomemon squad and is a commander of Neo Team Rocket!

I've a feeling that this is going to tick off a lot of Brock fans.
