I cannot save in pokemon yellow i have to make new game each time and then i cant save it anyone else has the same problem or maybe even how to fix it?

i think the battery in your game cartridge died.

only way to overcome that is to never turn off your gameboy.
or buy a new cartridge.

I think you can get the battery replaced at gamestop.

I think there is a screw on the back of your cartrage. (Haven't seen a Yellow version in a while)
If you could find a screw driver that fits, and a battery you could change it yourself.
It's a CC or something battery.
Anyway, since you own the game I think you could get a ROM file.
