1st Gen Pokemon Yellow Trading Centre

Omg, sorry people that I'm bothering you with this noob-kinda question, but I'm totally new in this. I don't know how to get out from the Trading Centre in Yellow, wanted to trade with my friend. Well, I did but we dont know how to get out from the room xD.
Please, help :)

But, anyway, just try to exit the room at the bottom of the screen.

uh yes theres a little door at the bottom of the room, just walk out of that.

This is Yellow remember. I don't think there was a door back in RBY. In the Start Menu there's Reset if this is right.

Turning off the game can lead to crashing of the game and that could leads to an erased file. Or if you take the link also.
