Pokemorphs: Final Assault

[Shiney]

I couldn't keep my nose from twitching at the smell of crude oil, but then again, people would do that even in their sleep. Maybe if she got a little closer, I could try convincing her...

 

[Flygon trainer]

I was about to haul myself up onto land, but i felt my strength fading fast, as the oil poisoned me slowly, as it had done to other animals. the spill needed cleaned up, fast.. but I didn't have enough power..

 

[Shiney]

Quickly, I chose that moment to roll over, spraying Tokie with a water pulse, before I dissapeared from sight...


"So, you might as well explain what happened." My voice said in her mind, as moonlight began healing her, even though it wasn't an move Vaporeon knew...

 

[Flygon trainer]

"oil spill.. underwater.. pokemon dying all over the place..." I managed to say, even through my health condition. "I've got to help them!"

 

[Shiney]

"Well, you might as well hold on for a few moments, you won't do much good without a little more time under the moonlight." I advised, not wanting to fight for control, but redoubled my healing efforts.

 

[Flygon trainer]

I didn't say anything, but i took off into the water, divign until I found the oil. I guided the pokemon away from the area, so I could treat them after I was finished, and worked on trying to get a waterspout started..

 

[Shiney]

"You know, you'd be able to do more if you had been healed." I said, adding my power to hers with helping hand.

 

[Flygon trainer]

with a sudden thrash of my tail, I managed to get the waterspout started, and i designated it to suck the oil in particular, before moving to the land, and I sent it over to some of the oil storage areas. "well, that's that." I said, then remembered we were far from done. I dove back underwater, and swam to one of the oil-soaked creatures, which was a Gyrados, and started washing the oil off with Water Pulse.

 

[Shiney]

"Allow me to help." I said, the moonlight was weaker underwater, but I could still heal to some extent...

 

[Flygon trainer]

I worked through the pokemon one by one, and finally after the job was done, I surfaced with a gasp, as I had been underwater that whole time. I was totally exausted, and I'd have to head for land anyway..

 

[Shiney]

As we headed for land, I decided to speak up again. "There are going to be words when you reach the shore." I said, but nothing more.

 

[Flygon trainer]

I couldn't comment, but I reached the shoreline and hauled myself out of the water, totally wiped out and coughing up small amounts of water.

 

[Shiney]

"Now, let's talk about just what's been going on." I said, thankful that she was tired out enough not to try to fight this time.

 

[Flygon trainer]

"fine, but will you stop being the voice in the back of my mind? It's freaky.." I mentally shot back, to exausted to argue.

 

[Shiney]

"Fair enough" i said, sitting beside her. "So, where to begin... Was that whole thing with the persian an act, or was that a part of the morph?"

 

[Flygon trainer]

"I'm thinking part of the morph. I felt all the confidence and just went along with it, not thinking what I was doing" I said, knowing that he'd press the answers out of me if I didn't say them instantly..

 

[Shiney]

"All right, and lastly, did you know about the oil spill when you took off, or was that because you lost that confidence?" I asked, hoping that she'd stay this time.

 

[Flygon trainer]

I lowered my head slightly, and said "neither. it was hate that sent me into the water"

 

[Shiney]

"Well, I can see why you'd hate me, but I did try to change you back as soon as I thought I could." I explained, hoping she wouldn't still be angry at me.

 

[Flygon trainer]

"that's the problem. you didn't change me becasue I asked you to. you changed me back because you were scared of me." I said, getting ready to return to the water.
