Smeargle's Sketch move would be mind-blowingly useful.
For purely offensive purposes, imagine using Judgement, Spacial Rend, Roar of Time, and Dark Void in a single moveset.
Of course, there are many practical purposes to such an ability. As an example, one could learn any four of the HM moves to allow travel over any terrain, or learning Fly and simply getting around with that.
Truly there are few limits to the possibilities.
