If you had both a Pokerus and a Power Item, what would be the order of the effects of the items? Does it follow order of operations?
For example, I'll use Quagsire.
2 HP EVs X 2 (Pokerus) + 4 (Power Item) = 8 EVs
2 HP + 4 (Power Item) X 2 (Pokerus) = 12 EVs
