Two questions about pokerus:
How does a pokemon lose its pokerus infection?
And is there a way of making sure that you have at least one pokemon still infected forever?
They lose they're pokerus affection over time... when in your party, I think 2 days
and you can just keep them in your pc and it will keep the infection and take them out just to spread the infection
they are right, so just keep some fresh infectors. i call them the 'spreaders of pink but contagious deceases', just like the girls from the field hockey team called me in high school
- Pokérus may expire at midnight(12:00am) if the infectee is in your party at this time.
- There is a chance that Pokérus will spread to adjacent party Pokémon after each battle.
- To preserve contagious Pokérus(represented by the purple "Pkrs" icon by the summary sprite), just make sure it is in a PC box before 12:00am.
- The smiley face symbol that appears upon expiring, means that the infection is no longer spreadable, but the Pokémon will still gain the x2 effect on EV gain.
That should cover more or less everything that gets asked so often :P
I don't think it does make you stronger, i'm afraid. And anyway, a virus that increases EV's AND makes them stronger?? That would be one hell of a virus! I think it only increases EV's, i'm afraid.
