4th Gen Pokesav and EVs

    Yo

    I was just wondering. If i max out ALL EVs to 255 (i know, this is illegal, but i just want to know), would the Pokemon have the MAX values TO EACH and EVERY stat (assuming the pokemon has a good nature)? Or would the game just pick 2 random stats and MAX only those 2 picked stats?

    LEts say a Charizard has 255 to all EVs.
    Would that Charizard have the Max values(assuming a good nature) to all his stats or to just 2 of his stats?

    It treats all 6 stats as having full EVs. That's what makes 255/255/255/255/255/255 illegal...

    oh i see.. so that means the 510 EV limit was only imposed by Nintendo for the Wi-Fi/GTS. Meaning one can fool around in his own game with a pokemon with 255*6 or 1530 EVs but not in an official one. :) alright man, thanks!
     
    Problem resolved, however questions related to PokéSav and AR aren't allowed, at least not that I know of. If you have any further questions on HG/SS itself, please feel free to use the HG/SS Help Thread.
