if you have like an r4ds or something you can download pokemon and save games onto your ds.

this is cool because you can download missing pokemon and stuff.

It's a flash cart for the DS, that allows you to run backups of DS games among other things.. I don't believe we're actually allowed to discuss them here, but I will say my R4 is great :P

Perhaps you'll be able to find some more information if you actually did some research!
