Sorry to say but this is a hack. Has more HP/Speed then it's capable of having and at lv.87 to boot. =/ Was interested in checking out Steelix's IVs and it has an impossible below 0 IV on HP. Any chance you're getting any of these off GTS.? A lot of hacks floating around in there. Especially shiny, higher level, or event ones.
