5th Gen Poketransfer and breeding Zorua!

Hey I just got White the other day. I was wondering, where is that thing where you can get your pokemon from previous games? I want to get a Zorua and Zoroark (Sorry if I spelt that wrong) with my Celebi and Shiny Suicine. And I was also thinking, is it possible to breed a Zoroark, and like get a Zorua egg?

Pokeshifter is located on Route 15.

I want to get a Zorua and Zoroark (Sorry if I spelt that wrong) with my Celebi and Shiny Suicine.
Go too the Road in Castelia City like you are heading to Route 4, there will be a man in one of those buildings, there you will unlock Relocator which you used to Transfer Celebi and the Shiny Beasts with, this appears on your start up menu options.

And I was also thinking, is it possible to breed a Zoroark, and like get a Zorua egg?
Zoroark is a Female so yes, you can breed it even without Ditto.
