As I walked in the pokemon center, I noticed a couple of people in shady outfits looking at me strangely. I walked by them, though, and handed my pokeballs to nurse joy, who put them in a healing chamber, healing my pokemon instantly. I walked out of the center, noteing that the shady people were gone. However, as soon as I stepped outside, they cornered me, saying "You're gonna join team magma, or you're going down, kid!!".
 
As I was approching the pokemon center to heal my pokemon before my match, I noticed that my next opponent Matt had been cornered by team Magma, and that he was being thretend by them. I called to Matt and asked him if he was alright,
 
"Guess." I said drawly to him, then turned my attention to the magma people again. I drew out a pokeball, and said, "Well, if it's a fight you want, a fight you'll get.", and then I threw the pokeball to the ground, releaseing my blaziken. The thugs ganged up on him, but he smashed them all down with a single Brick break attack. I turned to (Lt.Surges character-what's his name??XD), and said, "Well, if you are my next opponent, I'll crush you easily.", then I walked away.
 
OOC: His name is Silva

IC: "Argh, who does that guy think he is, I'll show him my true power in our match, I know that we can win." Matt walked away, leaving team magma beaten on the ground infront of the Pokemon Center, I heard the siren of a police car, so I ran quickly back to the stadium.
 
I walked down the Street, hearing police cars going towards the pokemon center. "Hmm... I think it's about time I go back to the stadium for my match with Silva." I said, and walked back to the stadium...
 
As I entered the stadium I heard the cheering of the crowds, and I was beginig to get nervous. All tose people watchig me, I had to keep telling myself "You can do this"
 
As I walked into the stadium, I saw that Silva looked nervous. "Definetly not a good way to start a battle." I thought, shaking my head. I then drew out a pokeball, and saying "Let's get this battle started.", I released my Blaziken.
 
Ok, this isn't going to be easy, so I will need to use an experienced pokemon, Go Hitmonlee show 'em what we got!
 
"A hitmonlee, eh?" I said, then turningto my blaziken, I said, "Blaziken, Earthquake, then when he's off guard, Sky uppercut him.", and nodding, blaziken peformed a huge sky uppercut in the hitmonlees face, knocking it into a rock on the feild.
 
Hitmonlee got back up, wipig the dust off itself, Hitmonlee use rolling kick, Hitmonlee ran towards the blaziken and used rolling kick, knocking the blaziken off ballance, Now Hitmonlee, Hi jump kick.
 
Matt smirked, and said, "I've got you right where I want you.", and said, "Blaziken, remember the martial arts that bruno gave you.", and blaziken grabbed Hitmonlee by the foot, and threw it out of the ring. "Now, what's your second pokemon." I told him.
 
Hmph, so you are just as good as I thought you would be, Now I understand why team magma wanted you to join them, but my next pokemon won't be so easy, Go Absol!
 
"Heh." I said, and recalling Blaziken, I drew out my Arcanine, and said, "Arcanine, Extremespeed.", and suddenly, arcanine dissapeared, and absol was getting slashed.
 
Absol jumped into the air and landed ontop of a rock that was in the center of the arena and used swords dance. Now Absol was focused on its oponent, it used quick attack on the Arkanine
 
Arcanine was so fast now, it was invisible, and easily dodged the attack. "Foolish." I thought. "He doesn't realize that one of the attacks Arcanine used was poison fang. Absol will be Knocked out soon." I thought silently, then watched the battle as Absol weared itself out.
 
OC: When does the war start?

IC: I could tell that there was somethig wrong with Absol, He wasn't as energetic aas he usually was, and the fact that it was my first ever battle in a real tournamet was starting to affect my judgement, Absol, Slash Attack!
 
Arcanine dodged the attack though, and Absol collapsed. "Now, to finish this off." I said cooly. "Arcanine, flamethrower." I said, and arcanine toasted absol with a flamethrower. I walked over to Silva, and said, "That macth was actually interesting. See you later.", and walked away.

OOC: The war starts in the final round.XD
 
"Hey wait up, I need to ask you something," shouted Silva while running behind Matt, "I want you to tell me how your pokemon are all so strong"
 
I turned to silva, and said, "Simple. Unlike you, I don't just focus on attacks. I also focus on stradegy and the pokemon's natural strenghs.", then I walked away, to the reception center, and looked at the board.(Get ready for more bad ACSI art!!XD)

"Hmm... it seems my next opponent is somebody named doug." I said,v then walked out of the stadium again, unaware I was being watched...
 
while I was watching the battle, I smiled. This trainer was strong indeed. He'd be quite useful. Finally, the lieutenent I'd sent out reported back, battered and bruised. He said "Sir. The enemy was stronger than expected. Request to battle him gaain." I replied colly, "Denied. Prepare plan Bravo." The lieutenent saluted and left, saying again "Sir!" When he was out of the way, I muttered "Worthless fool." and resumed sipping from my wineglass.
