[Graphic✓] Pokeyellow Editing the Title Screen

Fairly new to decomp hacking in general and haven't been in the ROM hacking scene for many years, so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but is there an easy tool for converting the title screen image of pikachu from the yellow decomp into something that can be edited easily?

Looks like this might do. I can't seem to open the pikachu tileset, but that may just be something I'm doing incorrectly.

EDIT: I was doing things wrong. The Pikachu tiles needed to be loaded a bit offset
