This is a completely accurate depiction of what would happen if Rainbow Dash ran into a Porygon.
    (medium: acrylic paint)

    Spoiler:

Inspired by these two toys that just so happened to be on my table at the same time.

    Spoiler:

Here a nice, fun, totally not dangerous dragon that I drew over the summer.

    Spoiler:

This drawing I made near the end of the school year 2013. It was part of a sketchbook assignment for art class. Usually, my entries were just doodles, but this time I took the time to color it.

    Spoiler:

This one is from the same book. It's Est the White Wing, from Fire Emblem. (Sorry about the quality of the photo, but my camera decided to not focus on anything.

    Spoiler:

This one is from my school sketchbook from this year (2013-2014). It's a lion/griffin/dragon creature that I drew during History class while we were watching a movie. I might color more of it later.

    Spoiler:

Last but not least is this:

    Spoiler:

It's a bird that I drew at school while waiting for my dad to pick me up. The Japanese says "This bird is a bird of the forest. Wonderful." I may color it later if I feel like it.

    Hi there AkameTheBulbasaur!

While your work is very cute, it clearly states in the A&D rules that you must have at least four pieces in a gallery. Please update this with two more drawings (I'll count your photograph) so I don't have to close this! :c

    Good luck!

There, I fixed it. I added more pictures. Man, that's embarrassing. I usually make it a point to read rules before I post, but I suppose I got too excited when I finished the painting. Anyway, it should be fine now.

Very neat work, I like your attention to detail (hair/feathers). This kind of meticulousness is vital to any aspiring artist, so it's good to see you've got it!

Have you ever tried to experiment with shadows? It would add some great depth (literally haha), you should look into it sometime.

    Keep going at it!

I've tried adding shadows occasionally in personal drawings, but I usually omit it because I'm not very good at it. But you know what they say, practice makes perfect. I've done it at school in art class before. I can do it when drawing from observation, but not from memory quite yet.

The tooltip mentioned Porygon, which was all I needed to read. I don't know much about the ins and outs of painting, aside from "apply color here", so I tend to be thrilled with anything that was painted by hand. If not for any other reason than I know how long it can take, and you don't get an undo button.

It's funny to see the real life inspiration, too. I actually have that Porygon figure (it's on my dresser, in fact, one of the few things I packed with me). I bought it the moment I saw it years back because I realized how vital a reference it would be, considering Porygon is so angular. That and I like Porygon above many other Pokemon, including its own evolutions. I also needed it for a game, so technically the many justifications for buying Porygon were pretty overwhelming.

Porygon talk aside, nice job on the painting and drawings.

Thanks! I love Porygon too. I liked how it was artificial and no other pokemon was really like that. It's a joy to draw too because it's pretty much all lines.
