The RSPCA is an animal shelter where they help animals xx3

It would have a more emotional approach to things, and it would be still keen to play, I reakon.

Some people might not know what the RSPCA is because its only a place in Australia? ^^

My Poochyena would always look kawaii =3 (although all Poochies look kawaii so no problem finding one kawaii Poochie there). I think it would be very friendly and open to other people although it would like to play and love to battle ^^

I didn't know that just us Aussies had RSPCA,

But I'd have to feel sowwy for the poor Poochyena's there..

Yeah same the poor little Poochies that have been wondering around lost cause their owner ditched them (thats like dogs in the RSPCA)...thats soo sad!!! T-T

OMG! I just forgot about that theme thing...lots of banner shops are all unactive and some are locked so I guess I can't do my theme now ;o;
...er...plus I am kinda busy and making the theme unfortunately would take up most of my computer time [Ihave limited time now ;o;-]

As for the toppy-I think that Poochyena's in RSPCA would be lonely and unhappy because their owners left them waa...aah! They would love to lick peoples hands when people come to look for a Poochy-ena to buy and err...they would eat a lot ^^

Oh yeah but I really suck at making banners...like if I wanna take out the background..I can't make it glow...so it wrecks the whole banner ><;
