If your Poochyena was disobeying you, and went wrecking up the whole house, how would you stop it?

I think a good bop on the nose with a rolled up newspaper and some stern words would do. Maybe tie it on a leash outside for a while.

Would Poochyena ever forget something it promised to it's owner?

Depends on what it was and how much Poochyena liked its owner. But most likely it wouldn't forget.

Oh, and I got a Poochyena to join my Pokemon MD Red game. It's only lv 20 atm, but I'm gonna train it lots. =3

Really? ;x...well I caught it at that level...and now it's a Mightyena. XDDD, but I kind of regret that cause Mightyena's sprite isn't really cute. x-x Poochyena's was so kawaii running around...

I'd have to say the indigo Pokeblock. It suits P&M's cuteness.
 
Uh right...Which aspect?

I forgot to say it also suits P&M's shading, if you look it seems to be indigo in a way. And it's a good attitude to have.
 
Ah. Mightyena wouldn't need it, maybe yellow perhaps?~
