    I know its not Lickylicky's fault that it looks like that and his/her tongue is always hanging out of their mouths, I feel so sorry for them really, but at least they can do tricks with their tongue, anyways the question is, what Pokemon do you feel sorry for?

    Lickilicky is amazingly cute and will always be my best friend ever. Also Ambipom.

    As for the ITT; I feel sorry for most Pokemon, since people are always bad and not EV train them properly.
     
    Dunsparce... Because even the people who try to treat them right know that they are terrible
     
    Smeargle gets nothing. It's only used to Spore, Mind Read, and Sheer Cold things away, and then it's never seen again. No one fantastically amazing has used one, from what I recall. It's cute, cuddly, and in my top three of my favorite Pokemon, which isn't an easy place to get to.

    Middle evos, too. They're always evolved for strength. I loves me some Nidorina, Quilava, and Wartortle<3
     
    Farfetch'd. I feel bad for it because it has a poor move pool and poor stats. Along with the fact that they still haven't given it an evolution.
     
    I feel sorry for Deoxys, life was simple you were just a virus going around and attaching yourself to bacterium to breed and then one day you mutate and become some pokemon who has to think and gets chased by evil scientists with giant laser guns.
     
    Poor, poor Dunsparce. :(
    He's endured so much ignorance and forgetfulness.
    He deserves better typing! He deserves better stats! He deserves flight!
    Instead, he's almost an extinct species. and he can only fly this much. [ ]
    But, when he returns, there is no doubt in my mind that he will return with a powerful vengeance. He will strike down the infidel and the heretic! HE WILL- Oh, I mean, yeah... Poor Dunsparce.
     
    I feel sorry the MOST for Pinsir, who is overshadowed by Heracross, while he has moderately better stats.
     
    Magikarp. Its useless, the poor thing just splashes about all day dreaming of becoming a gyrados.
    I feel so sorry for it.

    Look at the thing. It's not that easy on the eyes, and all it can do is splash around.

    But it knows that one day it'll become a Gyrados one day and beat up all that laughed at it.

    But not today. Poor little guy.
     
    Not sure about Lickilicky, but, as for Lickitung, it can have its tongue in its mouth. See the anime. The game sprites have it out 'cause the kiddies would need to get the gimmick.

    Remoraid? Identifty crisis-
    Skuntank? It'd be a misfit-
    Snorlax? Too many sedatives-
    Hariyama? Would YOU haul around guns that bulked-up?
    Shedinja? If I was a void, I'd want pity, too.
     
    Yes, I feel sorry for Lickylicky. It must get sooo tired having to stick its tongue out all the time. Have you ever tried that before? O.o

    I feel sorry for Eevee. It probably gets overwhelmed with the options it has. Or Ditto.
     
    nah i dont really feel bad for any pokemon
    and second of all, why feel bad for Lickilicky cause their pretty much a rolling stones banner!
    and the rolling stones are awesome!

    Anyways, I feel sorry for Mudkip because it evolves into a beast ):
