Actuaully they are all 20 levels higher. I will miss wally though. He was a good guy.

Actually, why he's not the champion isn't fully explained in the game XD. It's one of those Pokemon things where everything is not explained... like how Red was in a random cave without much explanation.

And it's a good thing they never explained it, because that leaves lots of room for manga writers and crazy fangirls to come up with their own explanations as to why Steven ditched his position and Wallace took his place. *points to sig* See?
