Pope dying...

Being a Catholic, I should probably be more..."devastated", but I'm not.

All I know is he was a great Pope, one of the better ones from all I've heard, and the world lost someone great. Even if you weren't of the religion to follow him and his beliefs, he still treated everyone well, and he believed there was good in everyone.
May he rest in peace.
 
Just a couple things I think some people are confused about:

~The pope gets to pick his name after he is elected
~The cardinals vote for the preferiti of the preferred people to win.
Ex (political). Bush and Kerry.
 
It was obviously his time, so in a way im happy ^^ it'll be great to see a younger pope from *hopefully* a different country ^^ an African pope would be cool
