Possible Mis-Print??

Hi i have been looking through my pokemon cards from years ago and i came across this card, i have two of them it is oddish number 58/64, one of the cards is different from the other, one has two red 'rings' printed on it, i have searched for it on the internet but cannot find it... can anyone help me?

I'm sorry to say but the chances of it not being fake are like 1 to 100. I had a Dusknoir misprint but it was fake actually. It may be real. If it is, sell it!

Where are these red rings printed on the card? I do suspect that the one with the red rings is a fake, but I need more details to help you figure this out!
