[Let's Go] Possible Way to Make Tons of Cash

    Hello Everyone, I am brand new to the community and am seeking out anyone willing to investigate this method of farming money with me to help with me. I am quite early in the game so anyone near or at the end game would be most helpful. So when starting the game the second TM I got was payday. I started playing around with it and found out that the more i would use it in a single battle the more money i got in the end. Now my theory is if you could face up against the elite four over and over again using payday a possible 20 times per battle and then gain an insane ammount of cash after defeating them. I tested it 4 time on one trainer who paid out 252 for defeating him. I gain 80 extra for 1 use, 110 extra from 2 uses, 165 extra from 3 uses, and 220 extra from 4 uses. If this sparks the intrest of anyone i would appreciate any feedback.
     
    Using Payday over and over usually results in gaining nominal amounts of cash. Thing is, it's been that way since Generation 1 where the money you got back was tied to the following formula: Pokemon's Current level x 2 x number of times used. So if a Level 20 Meowth used Pay Day twice, you'd gain $80 at the end of the battle. I'm sure the formula has changed since then but it does increase your income over the long term if used during a run. Keep in mind though that the Elite Four isn't necessarily the best place to use it since 1) It's Power is relatively weak. 2) It's a Normal move and therefore is completely useless against Agatha and her Ghosts and 3) You only have so many uses before it runs out of PP. Seeing as you can challenge the Elite Four an unlimited amount of times, using Pay Day at any point in the post game is pointless.

    Make use of the Catch Combo or catching the same Pokemon over and over. This does three things. 1) Increases the likelihood of getting a Pokemon of that species with perfect IV's. The highest amount possible is 4 Perfect IV's, which isn't ideal but better than nothing. 2) It increases your odds of getting a Shiny and 3) Increases the likelihood of a Pokemon who is RARE to spawn in that area of the game if its possible.

    There are several Daily Articles involving the Pokedex and where Pokemon spawn and an Article involving the Catch Combo. I advise you give them a read sometime soon. The only information I'm looking for is when the first opportunity is for Alolan variants.
     
    The best way to make cash comes after you become champ. Cerulean cave has drops that respawn in the shiny areas on the first floor every 10ish minutes. You get tons of gold berries that sell for 2500 each. Plus you can get ultra balls which is always nice
