    I was wondering is it possible to have a script that will give you an egg as a starter instead of the actual pokemon

    It's more than possible, it could easily be done if you already have the systems. But, what would you do until the egg hatched? You couldn't battle or anything. And, if this is for ROM hacking, this belongs in the next forum above this one, ROM HACKING.

    well I'll tell you what i had planned anyways in the one im making I want it where you get an egg as a starter then impliment a temporary safari zone of sorts until it hatches. Of course I should of also asked if it was a possible to set how many steps it takes to hatch.

    well dash lets see how rude you can be and second this is not only rom related because as far as I know I do beleave that script is used in other things besides roms so yea and im also tryin to mkae one in rmxp and i do want to set a script like that in it as well so be nice and back off.

    Ok dringer, you're also being rude. Anyway, I've never seen you around GD Forums before, so you may not know some of the rules or what has been happening for quite some time now. I made a quick search and this should explain why we hate when people come here to ask about Rom-Hacking or Roms in general.

    I understand but this really wasnt ment strickly for a rom and the reason I was rude is because it just really bugs me when people are rude from the get go so I appologize for that.
