Most of your posts have been in the wireless trade section, and posts there don't count towards your post count.
That's why it hasn't been going up ;)Adding on to what Amachi said...
You're not doing anything wrong, just realize some forums here at PokéCommunity don't increase post count, such as Other Trivia for example. And as Amachi said, same goes for Wireless Trade Corner. :D Also, you should read the descriptions of forums. The forums where post count doesn't increase have "Posts in this forum do not add to your total post count" in their description. You're fine, no worries.
