4th Gen Post Violet stress syndrome?

So I beat Falkner and I went outside and got a call from (I'm assuming) Elm, who is supposed to say "My aide is at the Pokemon Center! Git yerself one of them thar Togerpeyes!", or however he talks, but I went to the PC and ye olde aide isn't there. Halp! Do I go somewhere else?

Dear lord this makes 7 of the same topic asking the same question he is in the mart this time

In all honesty this could have been handled a little better. If you don't want to answer questions then don't, but in half the time you took to rip me a new one could have just said "Try the Q&A" and been done with it, instead of being angry and acting like I was asking about what level a Pokemon learns a certain move. I went back three pages and didn't see any topics that seemed similar to my problem, so I made one. I didn't check the QandA because I thought it'd be more general questions, and I'm sorry. But being rude and treating me like an idiot is probably not the best course of action you could have taken. That's all I'm saying.

It took me a while to learn that the aide is in the Pokemort and not the center like he was in GSC, CURSE YOU MOONSPEAK, CURSE YOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!
