If you happened to remember or if you actually recorded it, feel free to post it here!
Note that this is referring to the end of the main story. So no postgame teams here. And also state who your main character's Pokemon partner was before gaining Arceus.
So as for mine, in my latest playthrough:

So yeah. As for some bonus information:
- For the Vaporeon, I remember back in my original playthrough trying to play her postgame story, with Wigglytuff, and still struggled very hard during it and I'm not sure if I even completed it or not. So I really wanted to try giving her some other options. Including in my current playthrough, a Hydreigon, which isn't here but I'm having fun with that in the postgame.
- The guy with the Chandelure is my very first catch from this playthrough. I looked up what his perfect link was and it might have taken so long to get it, but it was all worth it once I managed to get an area for one. I remember when I got to the Chandelure stage I was like "What, your main move is Fire spin? That sounds like a downgrade" but turns out it works differently in this game… it hits opponents repeatedly over a massive range, and Chandelure still has the usual great power from the main series games.
There were quite a few characters I greatly considered for the final team but decided against such. One of whom was a dude with a perfect link with Gengar. He originally had a Ralts, I found him before the Fighting kingdom, and I was so happy to find someone who could hit the next place super effectively. I even used him quite a lot in various other battles as well. As soon as I could get a perfect link for him I immediately did so and he was so good throughout.
I also got a character who could have Excadrill as a perfect link and I tried her out because I heard Excadrill is really food in this game. And that was true. I planned that to be my main Zekrom counter and while she wasn't the only one who dealt with that the job was done very smoothly.
