Summary:
When I post too soon after my last one, the "This forum requires that you wait x seconds between posts" pops up, but it also erases my whole message! I have to type it up all over again.

Steps to Reproduce:
I will make a post, then post again too soon after that. I'm told to wait x amount of seconds, and the post I typed up gets erased.

Expected Results:
I expect to be notified to wait as usual, without it erasing my text.
