6th Gen Potential pokemon Y help?

First, I apologize if this is in the wrong area. Now ont to why i'm making this forum post. I was doing some cloning with powersaves and somehow mixed up th bin files with a bin from my X version. I have tried to reset all game data and my whole 3ds locks up. So i am here to ask two questions. 1: Does anyone know how to fix this and 2: If at all possible, could someone link me to a .bin i could download to see if i can reset the game data that way?
