Power Rangers

What nostalgia! I was crazy about this series as a child. I had every PR toy on the face of the planet. I even made my family take me to see the first movie in the theaters. =D
 
My parents never let me watch Power Rangers when I was younger... I watched it the other day with my 7 year old cousin and it was pretty bad. Was it always so cheesy and lame?

Anyhoo, when I was 4,5,6 I use to watch Power Rangers all the time. That was back during the first couple of seasons, but around the time I turned 8 I really didn't have much interest in them anymore.

Actually back in 2005 I got into SPD, which I will admit, I liked. I still watch its re-runs sometimes, but thats really the only one I really liked besides the original ones.

Did you know the original Yellow Ranger (Trini) died back around 2000? D:

=P The first link is the video of the ranger in my avvie and sig, my favorite ranger =D She dies protecting the previous pink ranger from psycho pink (an evil ranger from the season before hers), the psycho rangers came back, the 2 teams fought together to destroy them, pink survived, ambushed Kendrix, and Cassie and her went after her to a planet, meanwhile, the other rangers get ambushed and distracted. Psycho Pink destroys cassies morpher with a sword that sucks up power, and drains her life in the meantime, when she grows, the other rangers show up to destroy her. During that time, Kendrix goes into the explosion the sword caused and decides to destroy the sword to save cassie (and the whole space colony) no matter the cost, and the video is the rest =p (she gets revived in the finale of the season), and the second link is from last years season, in which 2 of the rangers died, (last season had like 2 40-50 year old rangers...), and were revived in the finale by the former evil vampire queen =P, that's the first part of the video, the rest is just the ending of last season XD.

Anyways, besides Lost Galaxy, I think power rangers got better since disney took over, but Operation Overdrive STINKS!!!! -.- They even reshot the yellow rangers roll call formation (made it different from Super Sentai) just because it apparently meant something offensive (I'm 18 and didnt know what... how are 10 year olds supposed to?)

I loved Mahou Sentai Magiranger and GoGo Sentai Boukenger though =D
