Power Weight?

If i give my Gyarados a Power Weight and i battle a Lickilicky how many hp ev's would Gyarados gain? I want intelligent answers. and also proof or a link to show me that it's right.

The power weight gives +4 HP EV's after every battle!
And licks give you 3 HP EV's, So, 3+4= 7EV's in HP!
Just look on serebii!
