    Where the heck is it!?!?!
     
    Go East of Cerulean, till you cannot go anymore, then there should be a River, surf down it all the way to the bottom and there's the power plant.
     
    Thankies...I know I must be REALY annoying..eh-heh..I don't mean to be,but my says whenever I get stuck on it,to ask someone,And my two friends in the real world...Well,I can't get ahold of one,and the others never had the game..

    whoa, that is alot of posts in a row. use the Edit button, okay? and just use itemfinder in the gym and you will find the part.
