Am new to the hacking scene. But anyway I was wondering about this powersaves thing. I am wanting a female popplio and am wondering can a powersaves change a pokemons gender ? Or is it just limited to money and shiny pokemon ?

I think so. i havent used powersaves on those in a long time, but powersaves work with oras and xy

From what I've read, Powersaves are a cheating device made for the Generation VI games, and edit save data on the Game Card. They're not actual ROM hacking.
