How much does it increase a moves pp?

PP max, is equivalent to 3 PP ups, depending on the move the pokemon knows, it raises it from a certain factor of how much the original pp amount.

I'm pretty sure it's something like this.
5=8
10=16
15=24
20=32
25=40?
30=48
That's all I have...
EQ I'm pretty sure would be increased to 32 if you use all 3.

Right, and since earthquake has 10 pp, it will increase to 16 using a pp max, if you use a pp up, it will increase it by two each time for 3 times.
