Metang has enough evs to outspeed aerodactyl and jolteon after 1 agility. Dragonair can outspeed Alakazam and Sceptile after one dragon dance. It can't outspeed Jolty no matter how much I pump into speed though. Duskull can survive stuff usually with Orange Zone HP even if their super effective, so I will o wisp first, the second turn it does less, I pain split. Then Night shade.
