Some predictions from me:
- Some of the new pokemon will be evolutions or pre-evos of the Hoenn pokemon.
- An Eeveelution (maybe very clear)
- Ability to customize your trainer.*

I know it was recently announced and some of these predictions...okay, all of them, are from my wants in a game and maybe some of yours but since the game has been announced still lacking few info, I might just tell you all what I think.
Also post your predictions on this thread. That would be really fun.
*Also, about the speculation of a trainer customization, The trailer shows the trainer looking at the mirror so it might hint that capability to customize.
