Yeah I think William from the gym was the first person to publicly obtain and list pictures of the card. Ironically it was within 1 day of April fool's day so many people had a hard time believing him.

William did purcahse the card for $10,500. The Lucifer guy on here DOES NOT have the prerelease raichu. He is a member that spams the pokegym and ebay, same typing pattern and same story on every website.

The card that william purchased is now owned by the largest english collector in the world, david persin. David has every english card ever made, including the sample set that was only given out to employees (similar to the prerelease raichu) as well as the no 1,2 and 3 trainers from the pokemon world champinoships that are only given out to the winners.
